- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover preparation costs or staff time.

5. Liability & Damages

- Items not packed by us
- Items with existing damage
- Fragile items without proper packaging
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of loss or damage proven to be caused by us, our liability is limited to the value of the affected item or the cost of repair, up to a maximum of £100–£500 unless you carry insurance.
For high-value items, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance and consider arranging separate insurance if needed.
